Meals to Bless Ministry

The purpose of Meals to Bless Ministry is to show Christ's love through providing meals for those in the Harvest Lake Zurich family who have had a baby, surgery or an illness. All that's needed to serve in this ministry is a heart to serve those in need. You do not need to know how to cook or even enjoy cooking to be a part of the team; there are many ways to help with meals. Purchasing restaurant gift cards or simply picking up takeout is a great way to bless someone. Because you choose when to serve, the time commitment you make is is entirely up to you. We can't predict how often a need will arise but you will always be able to choose to serve as your schedule allows. After you have joined the team, as needs come up you will receive emails with a link to the care calendar for that individual/family. You will be able to view the meal needs and details (days meals are needed, number of people in family, dietary preferences, etc.). Find a date that you are able and willing to serve, click on the date and reserve your spot.
