Wayne and Carol Anniversary: August 25, 1962

Ministry: Establishing “Good News” clubs for children and training workers. Wayne was let to the Lord by his father at the age of 8. Carol was introduced to Christ through her mother when she was 9. They married in 1962 and immediately entered Missionary Training near Detroit. They applied for service with CEF and in 1964 sailed off to Israel. Wayne and Carol have four grown sons. After having their first child in Isreal they signed there Christmas cards “We 3 Kings of Orient are”.

While in Israel Wayne did the organizational work and keeping up with the ever changing government regulations. He also did a lot of hard physical work on their home/office building etc. Carol did teaching, training of workers and preparing material for the clubs.

Wayne and Carol spent 40 years in Israel and in early 2004 after a huge going away party they officially retired but are still active. Since returning to the states they have spent most of their time criss-crossing the country to visit supporters and gain more support for the locals who have taken over the work in Israel.
